As some of you may have noticed, our homepage has been down for a couple of months. I have moved somewhere in the woods, and it took a while to get connected to the internet again. Meanwhile here’s some updates on Möse.

In octobre we did some shows in France, and recorded some tracks in a studio near Brest run by a guy named Cedric. He’s the same guy who recorded the Monarch double cd! Firstly we finished mixing some live-tracks, from the Tapette fest that will feature on a double live album, the organisers are planning. Then we recorded two new tracks, ‘Gläss’ and ‘Roger spells murder’, the last one will figure on a split we’re doing with a french grindcore band named ‘Warkorpse’. We’re not sure yet what we’ll do with ‘Gläss’, it'll probably dissapear in the archives, but ‘Roger spells murder’ is a killer track, one of the best we recorded so far! After recording we imediately hit the road to do a show somewhere in Bretagne, in a farm in the middle of nowhere. We remember the mud, dogs on our pedals, and more positively the homebrew, good food and some great people. After a short night we hit of to Paris. On the road the van broke down, but we managed to reach Paris just in time for the show. We almost cancelled, but fortunately we reached Utopia, in Montreuil, Paris where we played one of our best shows ever. We even did an encore. We played a pretty chaotic version of ‘More than a bullet’ joined by a trumpet player. Apart from a fucked up van, this turned out to be a very pleasant trip.

Meanwhile back in Belgium we agreed with Conan from ‘Game Two’ to do a split 7” with his new band ‘Deer Creek’. We have finally released ‘Checkers’ from the session in ‘Studio 13’ on the second compilation of ‘Massacrées Belges’. We were very impressed with the mastering the 'Massacrés' people did. For the release of this second cd we did a show at La Zone in Liège. The show went fine, we had lot's of fun.

The split cd with ‘Hog Mountin’ on ‘Psychedoomelic’ is also out. And for those with a little money left in their pockets, we’ve made some shirts (black featuring our logo in white). Geof our guitarplayer sells them for about ten euros.

Thanks to all who came to our shows and special thanks to Cedric and girlfriend, Janu, Jos, Johan, Alex, The Massacrés Belges crew, Times of Grace zine (for the interview - check it out!) and the Sloepstraat crew for enduring us and even letting us play on their shows and all who gave us food, alcohol, lodgings, and bought our stuff.

I hope to do some more updating and adding more pictures and stuff. Meanwhile you can check us out this friday in the Vorten 'Vis in Ypres with our friends from Heavy Lord... Any more questions, don’t hesitate to mail us, we still communicate!

Karel.

Although the demand is growing there are no immediate plans to make t-shirts, but for those who want to spread the word, small Möse-buttons are available. Write us if you're interested.
